Flute in Nero Marquina

Flute takes its name from the rhythm of its carved surface. Deep vertical channels travel around the bowl, catching the light and revealing the movement of the stone from every angle. Architectural in character and quietly expressive, the form balances clean geometry with the organic variation of natural stone.

Carved by hand from a single block of natural stone, each piece is one of a kind, with natural variations in color, veining and markings.

The bowl shown is the exact piece.

Architectural in form and quietly expressive, Flute brings rhythm and dimension to a restrained silhouette. Its deeply carved vertical channels draw from classical fluting, allowing light and shadow to move across the surface of the stone.

The bowl balances clean geometry with the organic character of natural stone. Its smooth interior is designed for daily use, while the substantial weight of the stone helps keep it grounded during mealtimes.
